As the founder of Nolan Speech & Language Center, I lead a team specializing in complex speech, feeding, and orofacial myofunctional disorders. I’m also the founder of Mastering Myo and SLP Biz Boost, where I train and mentor clinicians around the world on how to evaluate and treat myofunctional disorders. In addition, I serve as an adjunct professor at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, teaching future orthodontic professionals about the vital connection between speech, airway, and orofacial development.
Through years of clinical work and coaching, I kept hearing the same questions: How do you keep kids engaged? How do you improve carryover at home? And I knew these clinicians weren’t lacking therapeutic skills; they were just missing a way to make therapy stick.
That’s why I teamed up with Kimberly White to create The MyoMotorway. I believe therapy works best when it feels structured, playful, and motivating... for children, families, and clinicians. My goal is to help you create better engagement, stronger consistency, and progress you can feel confident about.
