The guiding purpose of Mastering Myo is to bring you a first-class learning experience with every course. We see constructive criticism as an opportunity to improve our course.

Should you attend one of our courses and are dissatisfied with either the instructor, course content as measured against the published objectives, the purchasing of a course, or the use of Kajabi, please send an email to [email protected] to notify us of your complaint.  You can expect a response to your complaint within 3-5 business days.   

Please submit cancellation and refund requests to [email protected].  Include your name and date of the course you were to attend. You will be granted a full refund if your request is received 6 weeks prior to the live course date.  The online modules will be released 30 days prior to the live course.  If you submit a cancellation after the release of the online portion you will NOT receive a refund and we will transfer your registration to a different date within a 4-month time period.  If you have any questions or require clarification of the cancellation policy, please email [email protected].  Your registration for the course indicates your understanding of this policy. 

At least seven days before a live course date we will assess if the minimum quota of course participants is met. A course may be canceled at our discretion if enrollment is below 10.

If we cancel a course, we will notify you by email and/or phone, depending on the contact information we have for you. All registration fees will be refunded within 30 days of course cancellation or participants can transfer their registration to another course date.

If you paid by credit card, we will refund your fees to that same card. If you paid by check, we will issue your refund by check once your funds have been deposited to our account. We will process all refunds within 30 days of the end of the course.

Please note: We are only obligated to refund registration fees and deposits related to course enrollment. We are not responsible for other expenses incurred.

All live Zoom and pre-recorded classes will have lifetime access allowing for extended time to complete the course and opportunities to replay the course content.  The online portion will have an untimed quiz at the end of each module.  If further accommodations are needed, please email [email protected].
